Coaching skills are a foundational must-have for professionals and business leaders in today’s demanding and complex environments. The ability to unlock the potential and experience of your people is the secret sauce for organisations and institutions who get to enjoy the true benefits of business agility.
Coaching Basics is a one-day experiential workshop for professionals who want to understand coaching basics, experience using coaching techniques, and create a personal toolbox for use in everyday life. This workshop provides a basic overview, a refresher and a ‘taste’ of coaching.
