With over 20 years in the ICT industry across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and EMEA, Eric has a broad range of business and IT experience.
Drawing on Agile, Lean, Systems Thinking and Service Design, Eric
is a firm believer in people and their ability to do great things once system constraints and blockers are removed. His style is a blend of intellectual curiosity and pragmatism.
Eric founded NextParadigm in 2014, after 7 years working in leadership roles with ThoughtWorks across Australia and the USA.
Principal Consultant and GM Queensland
Prior to joining Next Paradigm, Hari served as a Delivery Principal, Quality Practice Principal and Agile Coach at ThoughtWorks Australia and ThoughtWorks USA for almost six years. During that time, he led teams and provided consulting services to organisations in the fin-tech, education, retail and media industries, as well as government agencies.
Hari has a passion for quality, as evidenced by his work in designing and implementing Agile Release Management approaches at leading commercial organisations across Australia.
Emerging technologies are redefining the way we do business. Seeing the impacts this is already having on humanity, Hari is particularly interested in how clients can embrace the opportunities presented by AI and Robotics, whilst balancing the social impacts that they can bring.
As leader of our Queensland operations, Hari is committed to creating enduring value for our customers through the application of Agile and Lean thinking.

Jake has a background in Technology, Operations and Human Resources and is passionate about bringing startup style thinking to traditional business.
